Our journey began with simple five-gallon homebrew kits, but our curiosity and love for the craft pushed us further. Before long, we upgraded to a custom-built 20-gallon brewing system—complete with a gravity-fed setup that allowed us to experiment, refine, and perfect our recipes. The more we brewed, the more we knew: we weren’t just making beer, we were crafting something truly special.

The idea of opening a brewery felt inevitable. It wasn’t just a business decision—it was a noble pursuit. We set out to create beer that Indiana, PA, could be proud of, with zero compromises on quality, creativity, or craftsmanship.
